RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with the tags attached and in its original packaging, in order for the return to be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you must contact us BEFORE sending any products to chilimachoconnection@hotmail.com. Because we work with artisan suppliers in Mexico, the United States, and Canada, each return is handled on a case-by-case basis. We will provide you with the specific return address and instructions based on the product and your location.
Returned items will not be accepted without a prior return request and specific instructions from us.

Damages and problems
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, sauces, honey, chocolates, and snacks once opened or consumed), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different item, you must request a return of the original product and make a new purchase of the item you prefer.
Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return (or confirmation from the supplier) and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
