FREE SHIPPING
All our products include free shipping to Mexico, the United States, and Canada. There are no additional shipping costs at checkout.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after placing the order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times vary depending on your location:
- Shipping within Mexico: 5 to 10 business days
- Shipping to the United States: 7 to 15 business days
- Shipping to Canada: 10 to 20 business days
Please note that these are estimated times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or high demand during holiday seasons.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
Our products are shipped from different locations in North America (Mexico, United States, and Canada) depending on the supplier.
- Shipments within the same country: No additional customs charges.
- Shipments between countries: The customer is responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply.
Shipping times may be extended by 3 to 7 additional days for orders crossing international borders due to customs processes.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
